If corporations are dominating American politics, how come auti-business fascist tyrants keep winning elections?
The largest program FoxNews.com found with tenuous ties to immigration is on page 1,181 of the Senate bill, which allocates $1.5 billion for a “Youth Jobs Fund” to give states money to “provide ... employment opportunities” for teens and young adults.
The section was introduced by Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., who first proposed the idea in a stand-alone bill in June.
Bernie loves big money when it is allocated in a way he sees pleasing.
You can’t use Karl Marx’s ideas to help the middle class.
You can’t do it.
Whether it be welfare, food stamps, labor unions, whatever.
Marx HATED the middle class. He wanted them DEAD - their blood FLOWING in the streets.
Using Marx’s ideas to help the middle class is like using Adolph Hitler’s ideas to help the Jews.
But middle class Marxists keep voting for it.
That said: I’m sure Bernie Sanders will be carefully screening out the opposition at his town hall, lest he get asked an embarrassing question.
It’s what he does online.
In typical left wing fashion, when they say “Free Speech” they don’t mean for people who disagree.
Anyone else see the irony of an outfit that makes/spends money spreading partisan ideas is warning us about the evils of companies that make/spend money spreading partisan ideas?
Sounds like the Marxists at the “Nation” have their panties in a twist.
Like Rush says the Libs always advertise whom they fear. And the Libs always advertise what they covet.
The solution to this can only be found in much needed constitutional amendment. “Corporate civil rights” were created from whole cloth during the Lincoln administration, and today dominate business law.
However, human civil rights are natural rights, whereas corporate civil rights are wholly granted by the government. For there to be confusion between the two is extremely dangerous.
So, while corporations do need some rights, as granted by government, these must be distinguished from human civil rights that are neither given by government, nor can only be taken away in extreme circumstances.
And this is important enough for there to be a constitutional amendment about it.
