The fact remains, all of you attacking Bush or any other republican out there are playing the ‘victim’. I don’t blame you, Obama and his gang of liberals have convinced you that you MUST be the victim of something, so here you are, the ‘victim’ of the eeeeeeeeeeeevil “GOPe”.
Mitt Romney would have made a marvelous president. But, it’s better that we have Obama, right? It’s also better that Hillary wins the White House in 2016 rather than a someone who’s not pure for you. Right? I suspect that I will see a ton of name calling from the most frequent posters here, “x” isn’t conservative enough!!!!! Don’t vote for “X”. I will continue to point out that a presidential election is between two candidates. Not between two candidates and one that doesn’t exist.
So, if you would rather do the name calling bit here on the premiere conservative website instead of working for that perfect candidate out there, by all means, go for it.
Stop with the "perfect" talking point. There is a simple test. Does the candidate have a track record of moving the political football toward the conservative goalpost? Sarah Palin has a great record of this. Newt Gingrich too.
As for Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, they talk the talk. They appear to be the type capable of moving the ball the right way. Rubio appeared to be of this type too. None of the three has a track record yet.
McCain has a record of fighting to move the ball to the progressive goalpost. Ditto both Bushes, Romney , Dole and all the other losers. There are none so blind as those that refuse to see.

Here’s a clue for you: this is a conservative forum and not the GOP rah-rah site that you are looking for. People here are inclined to say things that will greatly offend GOP establishment groupies.
So while you get all dreamy over Jeb Bush and Karl Rove and Mitt Romney and all the other boys whose posters you have on the wall, that’s not likely to be a widely shared view around here.
