If you thought the anti-Mormon attacks on RINO Romney were bad, IIRC Carson is a Seventh Day Adventist. That’s a whole different brand of eccentric religious beliefs.

Scientology had L.Ron Hubbard. The SDA version was a “prophet” named Ellen G. White. She plagiarized kooky prophesies from other authors after surviving the miracle of getting hit in the face with a rock.

I’d be the first to agree the Dr. Carson needs more “seasoning” and exposure to the rest of the country. He is, after all, a product of the environment in which he was raised and has lived, i.e., a big city. He needs to learn about middle America and expand his understanding of this country.

You should have more information about his religious creed before you let loose with “kooky”. You could read up a little and understand what Seventh-Day Adventists actually believe and the contributions they have made to this country particularly in the areas of medicine, nutrition and education.

However, I agree with you, he is likely to take a lot of flack for his religion. What a shame that is.
