No it was put in place this past week......I don’t think they scrubbed it either...at least it’remains in force until they lift it and I’ve not seen evidence they’ve done so.......
If the restriction is in place, that makes thing easy. Any aircraft entering will be considered hostile and dealt with accordingly.
