I’m generally in favor of Mark Levin’s idea of an Article V convention. However, I’m very much aware that the government basically ignores the constitution anyway when they think they can get away with it. Not 100% convinced thast more amendments won’t also be ignored. I’m more in favor of direct action by the people. If we can recruit, support and elect a majority of serious tea party candidates, that would be great. And or if we can take it directly to the streets as happened yesterday at Bunker Hill, er, I mean Bunkerville, that would be even better. Praying the people remain armed and vigilant and get “in their faces” at every opportunity.

To solve the ignoring of our rights is why we need additional We the People oversight, such as maybe allowing criminal charges to be brought by a private Grand Jury of 24 people. Our only two outlets for justice are Jury Nullification and the Ballot Box. We need to be able to bring criminal charges without having to go through the government’s representative in the DA’s or AG’s office. We need to strengthen our standing in courts. We need to remove government indemnification.
