Since when do “solar farms” produce energy?
When a solar plant—or any other development—is built in the desert the developer is required to mitigate the environmental effect by purchasing desert acreage of equal size and dedicating it as public land. It may be ENN is looking for mitigation land in Clark County. This wouldn’t produce any jobs.
