I don’t understand why anyone thinks Sebelius screwed up anything. She did exactly what she was supposed to do under supreme orders from the FU-in-Chief. No one was supposed to like what resulted from implementing Obamacare. The reasons for passing the law were bogus from the beginning. Soetoro and Sebelius trashed the best (with flaws) medical care available in the world all so the Marxist manifesto could be realized- total chaos will be upon us. This is just the first step to separate the sheep from the guard dogs.
