That is the February 21st agreement which I agree should have been enforced by all sides, but there is nothing in there to support the notion that Yanukovitch agreed to a May election date.

Here is the relevant section dealing with elections.

Presidential elections will be held as soon as the new Constitution is adopted but no later than December 2014.
