Stalin massacred the Kulaks.

At least Stalin had a sound reason to do so. Kulaks were interfering with his policies; they were the living proof that the other, capitalist, way of farming exists and is profitable.

But what reason may exist here? Is Obama looking for his own Waco event? It would be another dirty, bloody stain on his reputation. This can start an insurrection. The civil war in Syria, that is still ongoing, got started over an arrest and torture of some kids who were painting anti-government graffiti. Is anyone at least remotely sane in Washington? They are playing with fire.

Try to find any mention that this ever happened at CNN or NYT; I tired of looking for it at at any other “main stream” sites.

Doesn't matter. The whole world tuned in to this story anyway.

One article I saw at the UK Daily Mail had nearly two thousand comments posted. That's almost unheard of at that site, and it reaches millions around the globe.

Had anyone on either side had an itchy finger, this would’ve ended up in a real bloodbath.

The only reason this did not go down bad was that the government goon *on scene* leadership knew they were probably out gunned and in a very strategically poor position to defend or attack from.............This time.
Also the incredible restraint of patriots gathered there..........This time.

As I’ve said on other threads, Jim, the GOP seems to be just as afraid of Reid as they are of the NSA. All they’d have to do is start talking about Reid’s ventures with his son and the crap would hit the fan. I’m hoping Sarah and Ted will start screaming it to High Heaven.

With all the techology we all use, for the people to fight back successfully they’d have to revert to 1700s warfare.

That’s Magnificent!

I wonder though. Harry is no good. Something about the land. He needs the Cartwrights dead....or at least gone.
You got that moron trying to shut down the IRS when we just found out that he was in on targeting Americans.
They are going to lose badly in the next elections and that will shut down the fool on the hill.
Something real bad and big has to happen before the next election in two months. Maybe this was it. Maybe they thought the gun nuts were suppose to kill these BLM agents.
The next time it will be swat teams and maybe not Americans under the helmets.

Rope is cheaper, can be re-used, and there are plenty of trees and lamp posts.

Valerie Jarrett or George Soros? Obozo is at the top of anything even when it’s just him and Reggie.

Interesting take from these guys that were there. A false flag operation by the dems/feds to attack conservatives and win support for the next election? Sort of their own version of a Reichstag Fire? At this point, and all the corruption and abuse of power, I guess anything is possible.

Communists are all about symbolism.
Tar and feathers in open display gets the point across without the assault charge for laying hands on a politician.
The point is to get the message across without breaking the law.
Let the jackboots and the politicians be the first to go to the mat.
Being smart about it isn’t false bravado.

>> we had a hundred or more militarized government agents and snipers aiming military grade weapons at hundreds of innocent American citizens.

> This all seems to be a work around to the Posse Comitatus Act. This is Obama's civilian army on equal footing with the Military.

This is the standing army of which our founders were so concerned.

It is clear now that SCOTUS has decided to betray the trust of the American people.

The federal courts have been systematically "packed" with socialists over the past 40 years while conservative factions fought with each other, deciding who was the most "pure." The Ninth Circus is the most extreme example but there are many others. It's been clear to me since the 1990s the deck has been stacked.

I watched that video again and these guys make some good points. Sheriff Gillespie announced that BLM would pull out and release the cattle. From their timeline sometime later and from watching other videos, no one obviously told those BLM agents behind the gates this because they were standing their ground and threatening to shoot Americans. These guys in the video that were there, are claiming this was all a setup. It was either really bad communication or a possibility.

* 2- why are they engaging citizens instead of confronting criminal aliens*

maybe Dingy Harry, as a spokesperson for the far-left, can answer: "We can't have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over." Harry Reid, April 14, 2014

I added the bold. there's a reason he chose that adjective.

Deals that big don't just evaporate. No-doubt there still pressure for a plan B or plan C... Which could involve part of Bundy's grazing lease.

I've been identifying sources and means of enviro-racketeering for nearly twenty years, having written two books and not a few articles discussing the many aspects of the topic. From that experience I can say that this 'solar mitigation' could be one of several scams at work here. We simply cannot know until somebody gets a hand of Reid's computers, phone logs, etc. and puts it together, preferably with a healthy dose of waterboarding.

See tag line.

One thing for certain: it is not about the desert tortoise. Cattle gazing usually improves habitat for tortoises.

Is anyone at least remotely sane in Washington? They are playing with fire.

Obama and the Left are overplaying their hand, with their rationale being, "I won, twice."

Obama knows, of course, that these ranchers didn't vote for him and are not in his base, and that reason alone prompts his hard line against them.

However, when cowboy blood is spilled, the nonblue west (especially) will become galvanized against the Chicago thugs even more, and Bundy's fight will have then been the spark for a much wider front in an even larger war against federal overreach and incompetence.

The states need to wake up and reassert their rightful constitutional authority over the federal government. Bundy might just be the catalyst for the reawakening of state power.
