The Russians are laughing off the sanctions that the US Media breathlessly cheered, though they have publicly warned Russians overseas to be more careful.
They know Europe is too dependent on the two-way trade with Russia, to strengthen sanctions for anything short of a direct attack on a NATO ally, and that’s not going to happen.
