A Bay Area federal judge says the Obama administration can keep secret a memo spelling out the legal rationale for a 2011 drone attack in Yemen that killed a U.S. citizen and alleged terrorist mastermind.

That is why all my guns are loaded and ready to fire. I seldom miss, I am short, and center mass will hit kill zone easy.
Which is why I refuse sleeping pills, people are addicted to. Even though I suffer sleep issues.

Like Clarence Thomas said, there's two types of judges. The ones who try to determine the original intent of the founders, and the ones that just make it up.
The supreme court that ruled in Roe v Wade that it's ok to murder an unborn baby, just made it up, and it's been an epidemic ever since. Court judgments can't really be trusted these days.
