Brazil has won it five times, 1958,1962, 1970, 1994, and 2002. When the World Cup is held in South and North America, the winner always come from South America.

Brazil is no doubt the favorite, but Argentina, Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium should be in the conversation. Portugal could be a dark horse with Ronaldo.

Definitely, the World's greatest sporting event. We have lots of soccer pubs in the DC area to watch the games with the plenty of knowledgeable fans. Great fun.
