And why in the hell should a Police Officer accused of a Felony EVER be allowed BAIL??? The very fact that a Person who has taken a “sworn oath” to enforce the Law, and then violates said law, is in and of itself an Egregious Act and should never be afforded Bail of any kind, EVER.

And why in the hell should a Police Officer accused of a Felony EVER be allowed BAIL??? Coffin v. United States, 156 U.S. 432 (1895), was an appellate case before the United States Supreme Court in 1895 which established the presumption of innocence of persons accused of crimes.
