We have gone full circle. Many people have such a strong normalcy bias they can not register what is happening.

If we weren't living though it ourselves, it be very hard to believe the events that have come to pass. Many years in the making but so much has transpired in such a short amount of time.

Couple that with huge technological leaps and it's no wonder many are having a hard time defining what they are seeing or accepting it.

I agree on the normalcy bias, riri.

Remember, though, that a lot has been happening all along, but the political theater was so realistic - and there was so much missing information in history books and in the news - that things were not what they seemed. I had heard of nwo, etc., going back to the 80s, but completely dismissed it as wacky. I just had never seen all of the conflict of interest evidence in the early 20th century. It was such damning evidence, it took a while to deal with it.

The technology - I agree - it’s the internet that allows information to get out. It’s just a hodge-podge is the only drawback, and one has to sift through it all.

Yes. Some people don't realize that Russia only went part of the way towards freedom, but then under the control of Putin started going backwards towards the Soviet system. The (false) idea that the Soviet Union is so strong that it will take time for people to realize it is coming back to life.
