I did a little digging found that this is the Lansing Board of Water and light. Their power is restricted to Lansing. They’re tiny and already have real problems due to the fact that they left hundreds of customers without power for weeks over Christmas.
I find it interesting we had to dig. The quality of the reportage at Breitbart is suffering, of late.
