This has got to be some fringe faction trying to stir up trouble with a possible humanitarian crisis like with Kosovo Albanians. The thing that gets me is this letter sent to the Jewish population will evoke little or no response. I can only imagine what the current US Administration would do if it were sent to the Muslim community.
Putin and Putinistas wants to have it both ways. He and they claim those who pushed out Putin’s theiving puppet are NAZIS. Then they claim the Russians protect are protecting the Jews and that’s why they have to steal part of Ukraine for Putin and his cronies. Then they claim the Jews support those who got rid of Putin’s puppet. If you can’t keep up, it’s understandable. Their sophistries make no sense and only further show how duplicitous Putin and the Putinistas are.
As with the Balkans, there are no saints here.
Time to get out of Dodge like many Jews did when Hitler came to power. Not all stayed to be hauled off to camps.

According to the report, the notice was distributed by “three unidentified men wearing balaclavas and carrying the flag of the Russian Federation.” The notice was reported by members of the Jewish community of Donetsk.
Novosti Donbassa speculated that the men involved were provocateurs who “tried to provoke a conflict, then to blame the attack on separatists.”
The notice apparently bore the stamps of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk and was signed by its self-styled people's governor Denis Pushilin.

I’ve posted about Russian nazis in Ukraine couple of weeks ago here on FR. There’s nothing new about Russian racism, antisemitism or xenophobia. The amount of hatred against Ukrainians, Poles, Baltic people, Jews, people out of the Caucasus, Central Asians has been ramped in the recent years and by today’s crisis, they are in such a frenzy, they are ready to commit a genocide or two.
Also, you don’t need to travel to Donbas to find this kind of literature (ie Ukrainians are not framing them) there’s more than enough of this in Russia proper. Russian nazis/nationalists believe that the Jews are behind the Ukrainian revolt so this leaflet is not surprising in the least.
