I am resisting adding the 'Royal' to the start of that headline. I wish journalists got basic things like this right when it came to the military, but I suppose shortening headlines is part of their business.

It is my understanding that in the U.S. Navy if an officer is punished along these lines, his career is likely ended. Is it the same with your Navy?
