This whole episode has been a PR rep's worst nightmare. The thing is... if you get into the details of this whole case (and it is complex), Bundy is in the right. He has just been presenting it in the wrong fashion. Tell everyone you don't acknowledge the Federal government? People are going to shake their heads and call you a kook. Tell the people the BLM does not have law enforcement jurisdiction in Clark County, and people will listen.

I did notice that yesterday after Harry Reid fired his first shot across the bow, the media ran to Bundy to stir him up for a response, and the family declined to comment. So perhaps someone is now giving them some assistance. I hope so.
