Why? There is pretty much zero chance that he, or anyone he knows, would be involved in any conflict. John Edwards was right about one thing: There are two Americas. Taibbi and Maher's America never sacrifice anything.

That's not entirely true. Russia isn't some Middle East backwater where we'd send a carrier strikegroup and a handful of troops to do the fighting while the rest of America sits home and watches football on TV. We decide to engage in a war with Russia and everyone's going to be involved --whether they want to or not.
