They do. There’s also some kind of corrective surgery many of them wind up getting. After so many years of destroying their anal/colon region and its accompanying muscles, they lose their ability to hold in their own feces. Not that the stench apparently seems to bother them.
The cultural “normalizing” of this kind of grotesque deviancy is sheer insanity.
