Joe Biden, the US vice president, will meet with Ukraine's acting president, Oleksander Turchinov, and prime minister Arseny Yatseniuk during a visit to Kiev on Tuesday.
Mr Biden arrives in Kiev on Monday afternoon local time. He will meet with members of Ukraine's Rada parliament from different political parties and regions as well as representatives from non-governmental organisations during his two-day stay, the White House said in a statement

Peace at any price is the message. War is obsolete so America is unable to participate in any activity resembling war. We must stridently voice our objections to any but peaceful, lawerly resolution of disagreement. Even those of us that got medals in vietnam realize that there are better and mor lasting methods for working through conflict. Surely there can be exchanges of words for money that will allow enemies to regain their missing or lost self esteem without using large clip assault rifles.
