If they are willing to serve and risk their lives to defend this country.....they should gain citizenship.
If they join and are discharged other than honorable...no deal.

Absurd. All branches are downsizing. The preferred ratings are near impossible to get NOW, and many are forced to take whatever they can get because it’s still a sweet deal as far as benefits go.
This opportunity belongs to the children of citizens. Period.
It’s not a new idea... has been used since the Vietnam War... maybe before that, not sure..
