I thought fed empl have to work five yrs to be vested (I think that is the word). That might be why Sebelius had to work longer to get five yrs employment (at her high salary) to get retirement and a bigger benefit upon retirement. She has worked in state gov’t and will probably get a state pension upon her retirement and Soc Sec. Remember: I know just enough to be dangerous so check it out
