Just looked at the NY SLIMES article on the decision....it spent MOST of the space allotted quoting the LOWER COURT OPINIONS and judicial makeup....NOT the Supremes’ decision.
The appeals court decision that led us here was insane. They said that BAMN was too poor to win so they should win because they were poor.
