Rand Paul is for ONLY SMALLER CONSTITUTIONAL GOVERNMENT

When I start to SEE SMALLER GOVERNMENT I will scream from the rooftops regarding abortion, minds are slowing changing about this issue

I understand where you are coming from. I sympathize. Unfortunately that ship has sailed. Our Republic won’t be coming back. At least not in its current configuration. Our constitutional form of government makes certain assumptions about the people it governs. When those assumptions are no longer valid then the Constitution has no meaning.
So in the final analysis it doesn’t matter what Rand Paul thinks or does. The rubric of the Constitution is no longer suited to address the issue. The same goes for Mark Levin and his Liberty amendments/convention of the states movement.
