Good on Mom for using her head to save her daughter but sad that she exposed her daughter to the menace pit in the first place.
I must now go find my old copy of, 'The World According to Garp'. This headline evoked the memory of 'Bonkie bit Garp' .

As a matter of degree it is just pit bulls. It is not just a matter of all dogs behave badly. That completely understates the problem with pit bulls.
Go to any animal shelter and get the stats on which dog is put down the most because it is not suitable to be given to a family. Fifty percent are pitbulls .
