Issa and members can demand all they want but until they send 'subpoenas' to all in question, Holder will continue stonewalling. Is there any question Lois Lerner belongs behind bars for her crimes against Americans? Issa and committee had better start showing they mean business...call Leon Panetta to disclose his cover up also...Benghazi and the IRS are two HUGE scandals that Issa's committee has failed to wrap up...Cummings should be relieved for his delaying tactics for Obama.
