Tsar Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin wants to access to this data whenever he feels like and that means that the servers to be located in Russia itself.Is that sort of like what the NSA does by storing and monitoring every phone call and email of American citizens? Does the Russian version of the TSA grope grandmothers and toddlers at their airports?
