Kevin Clash, the voice of everyone’s favorite ticklish red puppet, resigned from Sesame Street amid allegations of sexual abuse, but the case was dismissed and recently upheld due to "statute of limitations," an attorney for one of the accusers said.

“The case was dismissed because of the statute of limitations. There is no ruling on the merits,” said an attorney for Sheldon Stephens, 25, Clash’s first accuser.

I was reading this on huffingpaint post today. All the liberals were high fiving each other declaring he was found innocent. Apparently they can’t read.

First one allegation came out and the protests raised the roof —much later there were like 5 or more boys with the ZACT same story.

This insect was a molestation machine.

He wasn’t “cleared”. There was no prosecution but the allegations still stand.
