U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry provided Russia with a stern warning Thursday evening start complying with the de-escalation agreement brokered last week in Geneva, or face the wrath of new U.S. sanctions.

Just ask the Undersecretary for Canine Affairs.

DOUBLE
SECRET
PROBATION

The zenith of Kerry’s hubris is marked by his own belief that other people actually take him seriously.
skerry is a feckless, flaccid, limp poltroon whose history of traitorous acts makes him a degenerate criminal.
