“So what would make Duggan put on his coat, scarf, and one shoe and fling himself out his office window ? “
Perhaps he was sitting on the window sill while putting on his overshoes, and lost his balance while tugging the first one over his leather shoe.

But that’s probably all self preservation, IMHO.
The woman has the biggest bullseye on her back that anyone can imagine. Its a miracle she’s still around.
All this government stuff. The truth is, the bigger the government and governmental agency, the more corrupt. Like the mafia is running the government. Sooner or later (I think we have a few decades left) the whole world is going to be run by these thugs and the end will be at hand. There's enough good guys around, like her, who will prevent that for now, but I know it's coming. Nothing to be frightened of if you know Jesus.
We're lights in a dark world, and before it all comes down, Jesus will come again and take us to be with him. Then things REALLY get ugly. Make sure you have a ticket on that flight and you have nothing to worry about.
