I once ordered a free Swarovski basball cap even though I could not even begin to buy one of their $2000.00 binoculars.

After a couple of weeks I phoned them and they sent me another one since I had never gotten the first. After a couple more weeks still no hat.

I somehow figured out where they had been delivered tho I can’t remember how I did now. It was a nearby neighbor. I walked up to their door and before I could even knock a young lady handed me two unopened boxes.

I never asked her why she didn’t give them to me as she clearly knew they were mine.

Recently I found a small package (a book) on my front porch that wasn’t for me (I forget if it was UPS or USPS but probably was UPS). The intended recipient lives down the street—the delivery person was either dyslexic or careless (same numbers as my address but in a differen order). I just took it over to the other house and handed it to the lady who was supposed to get it.

"Oh these must be for yarddog. I'll just run them over... oh wait he is out and I don't want to leave them on the porch... he's back but it is after midnight I can't do it now. I'll do it in the morning.... I'm late for work! I'll do it after I get home....

And somehow the thing never gets done.
