He does seem to be. But what does that have to do with the discussion? Rick Perry defended Jeb Bush's pro-invasion sentiments and exhibits them himself and did that forced Ghardisil fiasco. I'd never vote for him or any other pro-invasion candidate. The proper response to any of this is "enforce the laws we have before any changes are made".
What Perry said is who could blame them?
DC has been giving them the green light for 40 years.
That is not the same as saying he is giving them the green light.
