Good a reasonable question.
When an aggressive dog is “maced,” you only have one chance to get to safety. The dog mace is only a distraction that allow YOU a chance to retreat.
You might be a bit slow, but once again, how in tarnation do people that spend their entire careers going door to door, yard to yard on a DAILY basis ever survive without shooting dogs to death? Like postal workers, UPS etc...
And if dogs are so damn deadly to LEO’s, where they literally open up in neighborhoods full of people, why are not postal workers, UPS and Fed Ex types, who go into yards many times PER DAY, not given firearms?
