Reid calling Bundy a racist is just for public relations.
What’s far more significant is Reid labeling Bundy and his supporters as “Domestic Terrorists”, particularly when the indefinite detention provisions of the 2012 Defense Authorization Act are considered.
What Reid is really saying is that Bundy and his associates have no constitutional rights and can be indefinitely detained or disappeared at any time.
