Cockfighting is not about bloodlust. It is about money. I am from an area where cockfighting is rampant in.....shall we say.....certain cultures.

Yes, I get the money angle, but you can bet on flipping coins. What makes cockfighting entertaining to the people who do it, is the roosters savagely reducing each other to their component parts with blood squirting everywhere. That's kind of sick but our law enforcement and court systems have a lot bigger fish to fry.
