The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Ukraine's parliament) is planning on April 29 to consider the issue of holding a national referendum, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko has said.He said this when asked whether the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine today considered the issue of holding such a referendum. The topic of the referendum hasn't been informed so far.
According to president of Open Policy Analytical Center Ihor Zhdanov, the referendum was proposed to be conducted on June 15, however, this decision has to be approved by the parliament.
