The other day in a city of close to one million, 1000 protesters made noise, and folks here talked of it as if the populace had now spoken. That’s 0.1% of the populace. Even then there are reports that some of the protesters in Eastern Ukraine have been involve at other protests in the region. It’s not known that these are all home town folks either.

I was thinking of the same concept applying in Kiel too.

But a month or two ago we were told that the protesters were sufficient to understand the will of the populace. But that was in Kiev...
