Perhaps you should look into the politics of those you support, like on gay marriage.
I didn’t want Romney in the primaries, but we ended up with him. Many stayed home in the general election so we got a second term of Obama. Romney had his faults, but would have been much better than what we have now.
He would have been much worse.
Carbon copy policies with the fallout of Romneycare crippling the Republicans instead of the Fallout of Obamacare crippling the Democrats.
A vote for Romney was still a vote for the affordable care act.
And for homosexual marriage.
And for abortion.
And for homosexuals in the boy scouts.
All of those were his causes as Governor of Massachusetts.
Sadly you are correct. Any good Romney did would be overshadowed by a constant media drum beat blaming all the mess Obama created on Romney.
