I don’t think so. I don’t see any discussion in the article of the number of people who are HELPED by these medications. None at all.

So, for all I know, the people helped may outnumber the people harmed by ten to one, maybe as much as one hundred to one.

Indeed, this study showed that “suicidal behavior is twice as likely when children and young adults are randomized to antidepressants compared with when they are randomized to placebo.”

So, for all I know, the people helped may outnumber the people harmed by ten to one, maybe as much as one hundred to one.

I don't know what your definition of "help" could possibly be, but any drug that makes depressed children and young adults twice as likely to kill themselves certainly isn't helping!
