No I mean a government with representatives from all sections of the country and all the political forces to draft a new constitution and prepare a road map for a free market economy and fresh national elections.
This is imperative to get Ukraine back on its feet. The country is facing disintegration and bankruptcy. When the patient is dying, shooting him won’t bring him back to sound health.
imperative? how about russia stops attacking? or are you just too busy spreading russian propoganda to be bothered by people’s freedoms?
