Well well.

Larry Elder reported on his radio show tonight that Sterling most likely is using his vast fortune to dig up dirt on the other NBA owners — who doesn’t have a skeleton or two his his closet? — and then threaten to publish their dirty laundry.

Larry thinks that’s why Mark Cuban came out and said what he did.

Mark Cuban came out with his statement because he was on the receiving end of a malicious federal federal prosecution a few years ago in which he was exonerated by a jury after a very short deliberation. He has a higher regard for due process than the NBA commissioner.
