Democratic Party leader: Wendy Davis will lose Texas governor’s race

WASHINGTON, D.C., April 30, 2014, (LifeSiteNews.com) – The head of the Democratic Party's electoral efforts to win governor's races across the nation has strongly hinted that the party establishment believes Wendy Davis will lose her bid to become governor of Texas this year.

Speaking to centrist think tank Third Way on Tuesday, Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin, the chairman of the Democratic Governors Association, outlined the top priority gubernatorial races this year, followed by critical races.

I don’t think Abbott coming out for Amnesty would even lower his win over Abortion Barbie to less than double digits.

While such a move could greatly cull the ranks of strong conservatives like FReepers, I don’t see the majority of the average Texas voter to make that choice.

“Will take on ideas as a ship takes on water” WTF?! She probably didn’t write that. Somebody thought it sounded impressive, and that somebody may still be writing speeches for her. Thanks for the info. Texas has been ‘getting hot’ before summer even begins.
