“Big Education” is a money laundering mechanism for Democrats.
Now the regime is introducing rules to allow many student loans to be offloaded to the taxpayers after 10 years.

I have been fighting it since my college days in the 1950s, and until more of us rebut its false premises, the destruction will continue. (See Myths & Myth Makers In American "Higher" Education.)

Sorry, but if it’s not STEM related, it no longer is “higher education”.
Those days passed when studying the greats passed.
College educators have been changing the world by indoctrinating the feeble-minded young for several generations.
Other than technological development, the changes have not been to improve the world.
I don’t know Donald Lazere but I know 2 other people who taught in Cal Poly SLO’s English Department. Both were totally Marxist in outlook and were among the most loathsome, selfish, arrogat, mean-spirited fools I’ve ever known. While busily trying to indoctrinate his students, one of them told me (in the early ‘90s) that every college professor is entitled to retire at age 55 with at least a million dollar pension. That would probably total at least 3 million in today’s dollars.
Nothing is done about the leftists controlling academia; except maybe a flapping of the arms,a dancing with the legs all the while saying tsk, tsk, tsk!
These people would be begging in the streets if it weren’t for the scam of “higher” education. They are the most useless form of humanity their is.
A conservative friend, who at 55 went back to school for his k-5 certificate told me that a teach-the-teacher college proff came in to talk. She was dressed like a sixties’ hippy and showed the famous Kent State photo of the female student yelling at the National Guard who had just shot the student at her feet. He said she became so emotional and distraught she couldn’t continue. Although she was the most extreme example he said the entire certification curriculum was taught along the same line.
Of course the following isn’t universally true, but it’s true too often. What I’ve noticed about kids in their twenties is they have no concept of US history. They know how terrible the US was to women, blacks, gays, Hispanics, etc. but generally can’t name a major battle in World War 2 or any president’s before Carter.
