I read alot of angry accusations, not alot of court records being posted though. Birthers are emotional creatures, so i expected this. Until you show me actual evidence, I do not believe you. Just because it could be done theoretically, doesn’t mean it happened.

This is a leftist argument. It assumes the ‘serious’ people on both the left and right are honest brokers & have the American peoples’ best interests at heart, and assumes the courts are a centrist/neutral body that decides issues purely on the evidence sans any political influence.

As for evidence of voter fraud, I provided you a link to what TruetheVote has amassed so far. TruetheVote is a grassroots organization of limited means. If on their shoestring they have documented all the fraud the link cites, imagine what could be uncovered with massive amounts of time, manpower & $.
But who is going to spearhead that effort? Obama, who benefited crucially from the fraud [including the massive fraud of free-flowing foreign cash into his campaign coffers, which interestingly enough bothers you not at all]?

Quite so. In both cases, federal officials and elected representatives with the constitutional power to do something about the evidence presented ... actually did something about it, albeit for the best of politically selfish reasons.
To date, that, as you ably point out, is the missing link in the CCP scenario. It is such a swell party in DC, that no one in either party really wants to know about this turd ... and numerous others ... in the administration's punch bowl.... at least until sometime in 2016 when they can appear suitably shocked and their indignation will know no bounds. In all fairness, Carp, neither did we find out the last time how the universe was due to be shattered by the CCP ... nor the time before that. All we know now is what we knew 18 long months ago. I.E., that the paperwork is phony on the BC and the Draft Records. No doubt about it. Criminal forgery. Also no doubt about that it is not on the electorate's radar.

It is inconceivable to the solid suburban burghers of the Established GOP that "hundreds of thousands" of fraudulent voters could exist in the large states of this, the greatest country on God's Green Earth. The truth of the matter is that in Michigan there are a hundred thousand bad registrations in Detroit alone. Who says so? The currently incarcerated ex-mayor, that's who. In Philadelphia the courts ....THE COURTS ... found 20,000 illegally registered legal aliens. "Too late," same court says. "Votes count." Care to venture how many illegal aliens are registered to vote in PA? Baltimore?, When the DOJ monitored the election, guess what, Maryland wound up with a Republican governor. California? If there are not at least 250,000 illegally registered illegal aliens in CACALA, I'll buy each one of'em a Tequila Sunrise . Florida? 50 Thousand double-dip voters ... at least.
What BO and the GOP also tend to ignore is that to steal a congressional seat, a mayoralty, a county commissioner spot, etc, the Democrats don't need hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes. Sometimes 500 will do! Or in the case of the Sanchez Sisters, 5-6 thousand, most of whom were "virtual voters" who lived at "virtual addresses" and who had many "virtual relatives," all duly registered of course. As Joseph Kennedy once said, "Buy only what you need. I am not paying for a landslide."

Arpaio DID shatter the universe with proof that both the BC and selective service documents were cut and pasted (pdf layer evidence was muddy, imo) and Barry’s team did the “look squirrel” routine with the Bin Laden raid and the complicit MSM attacked Arpaio rather than Barry’s faked BC. Zullo claims that a Daubert-certified expert, Reed Hayes, has affirmed in a sealed court filing that Barry’s BC is forged and claims that even further as yet undisclosed evidence has been found that makes that conclusion even more irrefutable...to be revealed in a 2nd presser AFTER Arpaio does a 1st presser revealing the criminal charges against Barry.
So now the ball is back in Arpaio’s court to up the ante on producing the even more damning evidence of crimes by Barry, which remains to be seen. That is my take.

With all due respect to Sheriff Joe, and to yourself, IMNVHO, what is needed here is NOT MORE evidence. What is needed is a venue in which the evidence will be evaluated and accepted for legal action.
Furthermore, this seemingly endless spate of announced "bombshell" and "earth-shattering" disclosures has not only damaged the CCP's credibility, it has had negative consequences for those (myself included) who have found the evidence genuine and convincing.

I haven’t been following stuff about Obama’s BC all that closely for some time so I have no idea how much Sheriff Joe hyped the last evidence he released
In general the people who are pushing all the BC stuff seem pretty marginal at best.
In terms of politics. I think Obama has played the Birther stuff brilliantly so far.
He has belittled any and all and he had a lot of belittling material to work with.
Sheriff Joe is clearly amongst the belittled
At the same time there is a growing unease about Obama , (in which the majority now see O as a rank amateur who lies constantly for his own good)
The Birther stuff feeds into the perception that O is a pathological liar and it cannot help any leader to have such a large portion of the public questioning everything ....even his birth narrative.
I do not think any evidence of any kind will find its way into the legal system
But whatever evidence Sheriff Joe will unveil can greatly affect the culture which will ultimately shape his presidency.
Sheriff Joe’s last evidence was dry and technical and was ready made for a debate amongst experts. I think that is why it was a dud (if a dud it was)
The evidence I think that is needed and that may affect things is :
another BC with provenance that contradicts the story Obama has told
Obamas school records showing he was a foreign student
Paperwork showing shenanigan’s surrounding his SS # that is hard to dismiss
The same sort of paperwork that involves his draft records.
I think for Obama to run for President he had to do a lot of cleaning of his past.
Clinton had the same problem ...thus the Bimbo Brigade and the Hillary/ Bill confessional on 60 Minutes.
Lets just hope that the good Sheriff has found clear evidence of that clean up that the average person can understand

I disagree about new evidence not being needed. IMO new overwhelming evidence IS needed and that is exactly what is now promised by Zullo and Arpaio. If they deliver then the venue will inevitably be Congress or the threat of Congress and impeachment which will drive resignation to evade impeachment a la Nixon. That is the game plan as I see it.

What court was this filed in? I know Zullo filed an affidavit in Alabama before the Supreme Court but IIRC Hayes report was not submitted with it. I know Gallups keeps referring to it as a sealed affidavit but IMO that’s just his usual exaggeration.
No one, bar a few, in congress want to touch this, at least as it stands with the obvious BC forgery. In part because of the above graphic.
I also believe that there are outside, or inside if you will, forces that have gotten this POS into the White Hut. It took years and lots of money and effort, what are they willing to do to see that their plans are carried out?
We sit here and look at black and white, "he broke the law," arrest the bastard! It just isn't that simple, it would be nice, and would serve to keep the other "Oath Takers" in line but there just is not the honor this country was founded on in Congress any longer, bar a few.
Zullo said that the media in this country will not be able to ignore this because it has world wide implications. I pray to God he is right.
