The Obama administration on Thursday predicted stable health insurance costs for consumers who have purchased Obamacare plans, defying critics who warn that President Barack Obama's landmark healthcare law will lead to skyrocketing premiums.
Thursday's report said 12.8 million people obtained coverage through the marketplaces or government health programs for the poor during Obamacare's open enrollment, including over 4.8 million who gained coverage through the Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

[Eighty-five percent of Obamacare marketplace applicants sought federal subsidies to help pay for coverage, the report said. . .’Nuff said.]
If 85 percent of enrollees are subsidized the participating insurers can make a profit but not the HHS. Obama promised this program was “revenue neutral.” In fact it will require huge allocations from taxpayers.

True, a typical American can afford insurance to get health care at a stable now.
The straw may not always be fresh but the stalls are clean- well, clean for stalls- and airy.

Thursday's report said 12.8 million people obtained coverage
I am confused. Didn't Odumbo hold a press conference on April first at which he stated that 7.1 million people had enrolled?
Now the number is 12.8 million??? How?
This is like having a three card monty dealer for a brother-in-law...

it will require huge allocations from taxpayers. That's what I'm thinking too.
Only question is, how's Obama going to do it (or try to do it).
