It was a vote made under duress at best if not outright made at gunpoint. OK, so you admit that the vote happened, but somehow the members of parliament were under duress.

Apparently the whole concept of a vote made under duress escapes you.
I'll drop by your house, burn a member of your family to death in front of you, put a gun to your head, and whatever I ask you to do to avoid having the rest of your family murdered or your brains blown out will be of your own free will and not something you do under duress, right?
