I did indeed Sally Forth today - a very smooth commute in both directions. A beautiful Spring day here - the temperature topped out at about 70.
My usual route through Rock Creek Park was still closed this morning due to cleanup from the flooding. I was able to drive through it on my way home - lots of mud - a little on the road - plenty on the trails along the creek, which crested several feet above its banks.
I don't know what I had yesterday, but I'm feeling better today. Apparently I passed it on to Mrs. MacNessa, who has been lying down since she got home from work today.
