So the Feds are pressuring banks not to deal with the legal pot shops, forcing them to deal in cash only. Then they accuse them of “money laundering” because they make large cash transactions.

The Feds actually have removed restrictions for banks and marijuana businesses, but - and I was shocked by this recently, because I figured that was a done deal - banks won’t do business with these shops.
