>>If we were really sliding to fascism, don’t you think someone would be complaining/fighting it?

No one ever complains during the slide into fascism. (None dare call it treason??) After all, who wants to appear alarmist or extremist? Who is willing to kill a judge or police officer or politician who abuses their power at this stage?

No one fights fascism until it is too late. After all, who’s willing to look back at Tim McVeigh and think, “Hmmm. Maybe he was really a visionary.”

The corporations, banks, and media are benefitting greatly from the slide into fascism so they won’t complain. No one cares what the working class thinks. And the poor think that the entitlement train will roll forever, not realizing that once we are in full fascism, their services as the people who break the economy will not be needed anymore and they’ll be reclassified as “useless eaters”.

The problem with fighters is that it’s not clear cut good vs. evil. Plenty of the people who are anti-government tend to go a little far, and get pretty alienating in how they operate. Tim McVeigh went way too far. Plenty of people not happy with how government is working would be easily as much, if not more, scared of people like him ever being close to a position of power.

Then there’s the fact that Anarchy is prospectively far more a nightmare than the current situation we have now.

You know Tim McVeigh blew up children in a daycare center right? Why don’t you call him a visionary to the faces of one of those still grieving fathers or brothers.

That’d be a bit of a stretch anytime, anywhere. McVeigh was crazy baby killer, like the IRA etc.

So you approve of Tim McVeigh’s bombing of the federal building?

The economic definition of fascism is where the capital of production is owned by a select few, while government makes the business decisions. An easy hop, skip, & jump from "crony capitalism."

We now have the so called "department of justice" pressuring banks, lending institutions, and credit card processors not to do businesses with companies involved in businesses which which the Obama regime disapproves. Operation Chokepoint is designed to put all the legal, but "bad businesses" (as defined by the regime) out of business. A way to enact gun control, taking guns and ammo out of the hands of the public would be to put all the stores selling guns and ammo out of business.

The definition of economic fascism.
